This Privacy Policy explains how IQ Memory Training (the “App”), provided by PivotNet Technology Co., Ltd. (“we”, “us”), handles your information. The App follows a “local-first” principle for your personal content, while using a limited set of third-party services for attribution and analytics, as described below. This is subject to your App Tracking Transparency (ATT) choice.
2.1 Data you generate locally (stays on your device). Onboarding preferences, game results and level progress, IQ/ADHD assessment results, streak records, BrainScore and level, and app settings are stored in your device’s local storage and used solely to provide app functionality. You can delete them at any time via Profile → Clear All Data or by uninstalling the App.
2.2 Attribution & analytics (transmitted to third parties). To measure marketing effectiveness and improve the product, the App integrates Adjust (mobile attribution) and the Xuanhu / FunReport SDK (our event-reporting service). These collect and transmit a limited set of data, which may include: the advertising identifier (IDFA, only after your ATT consent), the device vendor identifier (IDFV), device model and OS version, network type, app version, and in-app event/usage data (such as onboarding steps, paywall views, and purchase events). This data is sent to our attribution/analytics endpoints (domains under glowvibeio.com) and to Adjust. We do not use it to collect your name, email, phone number, or precise location. Processing by third parties is governed by their respective privacy policies (e.g., Adjust’s privacy policy).
2.3 Advertising identifier (IDFA) & ATT. The App uses the IDFA for attribution and measuring promotional effectiveness. As required by the system, we request App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission. You may decline; if you do, the IDFA is not used and core functionality is unaffected.
Optional subscriptions are processed through Apple’s In-App Purchase. Receipt validation is handled via our payment provider (Xuanhu). We do not collect or store your payment card information; payment is handled by Apple.
If you enable the daily training reminder, the App asks the system for notification permission and schedules a local reminder on your device. The reminder is delivered entirely by your device; no additional information is sent to us for this purpose. You can turn it off any time in the App or in your device’s system settings.
We do not collect, store, or sell directly identifying personal information such as your real name, government IDs, precise location, contacts, or photos.
The App is a general-audience brain-training product. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and have questions, please contact us.
Personal content is confined to the App’s protected storage area (sandbox) on your device and is subject to your device’s own security protections. Data transmitted for attribution/analytics is sent over HTTPS.
You can erase all local data at any time via Profile → Clear All Data, or by uninstalling the App. You can also withdraw tracking consent at any time in iOS Settings (Privacy & Security → Tracking).
The games, “brain score”, and IQ/ADHD estimates are provided for entertainment and self-improvement only. They are not a clinical or professional assessment and are not medical, psychological, or diagnostic advice. Do not rely on them for any health, educational, or professional decision.
We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective” date below. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
